Ingredients

½ cup cooked quinoa (leftover works great)

½ cup milk or almond milk

½ apple, diced small

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon maple syrup

Handful of chopped pecans

Instructions

Combine quinoa, milk, diced apple, and cinnamon in a bowl

    Microwave for 2 minutes

      Stir and microwave for another 60 seconds

        Drizzle with maple syrup

          Top with pecans
