Ingredients

½ cup old-fashioned oats

1 cup milk (or water)

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

Pinch of salt

Toppings: sliced banana, walnuts, blueberries

Instructions

Combine oats, milk, cinnamon, and salt in a large microwave-safe bowl

    Microwave on high for 90 seconds

      Stir thoroughly and microwave for another 60 seconds

        Let stand for 1 minute to thicken

          Drizzle with maple syrup

            Add your choice of toppings
